INITIATION & PLANNING

Develop Master Programme for the overall project with packaging strategy and budget establishment. Setup processes and procedures for managing the life cycle of the project.

PROJECT DELIVERY MANAGEMENT

Manage Contractor and Supervision Consultant during construction to ensure project completion on time, within cost and meeting quality expectations. Oversight and control on siteworks with local presence.

TENDER & PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT

Create the necessary work documents for all packages, and prequalification for consultants & contractors. Manage the tendering and bidding process including tender reviews, benchmarking and negotiations.

ONLINE PORTAL DASHBOARDS & REPORTING

Develop a tailor-made information management portal which will be used through the life cycle of the project. This portal will allow for smoother communication and archiving of all information and will use BI reporting tools with access for stakeholders globally

DESIGN CONSULTANT MANAGEMENT

Manage design consultants and AoR. Coordination between designers and content creators. Value Engineering study. Expert review of design to incorporate event time operational critical aspects including BOH, retail, F&B, IT and guest experience.

BUDGET & COST CONTROL

Establish a budget for the project and track budget utilization based on trending estimates and commitments. Update actual costs, change management costs and develop trending reports for estimate at completion. Establish and manage contingency and utilization.

PROJECT CLOSEOUT

Efficiently manage snag/defects post-construction. Project closeout including claims, defects liability period and commercial closeout

VISITOR EXPERIENCE

Planning the visitor guidance outside and inside the pavilion. The most crucial part for a seamless visitor expierience is efficient queue and signage management.

EVENT & PAVILION OPERATIONS

Providing a holistic view on all operational aspects, implementing all necessary processes for the daily operation and providing all relevant guidelines for the operation phase.

CONTENT CREATION & EXHIBITION

Managing creative teams for content creation, exhibition selection, AV and other specialized procurement. Coordination between specialist vendors and building Contractors for phased and timely completions

FACILITY MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE

Planning the deployment for cleaning and security as well as implementing the necessary processes for a seamless operation. Developing and implementing maintenance procedures for smooth and efficient daily operation.

TEAM SELECTION / RECRUITMENT

Defining key positions, analyzing the most potential candidates, conducting the relevant interviews with the focus on know-how and fit for the team and train them in all aspects necessary for the project.

F&B AND RETAIL OFFERINGS

Analyzing the potential of a F&B and retail realization, planning the kitchen, staff and restaurant operation and, if necessary, being responsible for the restaurant during event time.

PROTOCOL PROCEDURES

Negotiating with the organizer and associations. Planning the necessary protocol procedures and trainings specifics exactly to the client’s needs.
